Coaching, built on a medical foundation.

OUR APPROACH

You may be sensing that something in your life is ready to shift. It could be how you're leading, how connected you feel to yourself or your partner, or simply a quiet sense that you're ready for a different kind of insight than the one you've been able to reach on your own.

The Grounding House’s Ketamine-Assisted Coaching offers a structured, medically supported way to explore exactly that. Sessions are held in Phoenix, in a private space built specifically for this work. If you're curious whether this is the right next step for you, the best place to start is a conversation.

Ketamine can temporarily ease your brain out of its more habitual, well-worn patterns of thinking. This shift, often described in terms of increased neuroplasticity, can open a window where old ways of thinking loosen their grip, giving you room to see what you're carrying and what might genuinely be ready to change.

This is not therapy, and it doesn't diagnose or treat a medical or mental health condition. It's a structured coaching process built around three stages, each guiding you a little further toward that shift: preparation to help you arrive with clear intention, a guided ketamine experience held in a calm and closely supported setting, and integration afterward to help the insight actually take hold. Real, lasting transformation rarely lives in the session itself. It lives in what you carry forward and how you let it reshape the way you think, lead, and relate to the people around you.

None of this happens without careful medical oversight. A physician-guided evaluation comes before any session to confirm ketamine is a safe and appropriate option for you, and your session itself is closely monitored from start to finish.

This work isn't built around one kind of person or one goal. It tends to be a fit if you're already intentional about your health and ready for a next step that hasn't always been part of conventional care.

You might be a business owner or organizational leader looking for more clarity and steadiness in how you lead. You might be an individual or a couple hoping to deepen your connection to yourself or to each other. You might already be investing seriously in your long-term wellness and curious about approaches once considered alternative that are now becoming a more accepted, better-understood part of mainstream care. Or you might be supporting an existing mental health process and looking for an additional, medically overseen layer of support alongside the care you already have.

What tends to unite this group is less a specific diagnosis and more a shared orientation: a willingness to look inward, a readiness for change, and an appreciation for care built around you rather than delivered as a one-size-fits-all protocol. That kind of individualized approach carries through everything here, and it can be paired thoughtfully with other care you may already be receiving.

Ketamine-assisted coaching sits between two things that are often kept separate: the structure of clinical oversight and the attention of one-on-one coaching. Here's how those two pieces actually work together.

Every person who works with us starts with a medical evaluation conducted by a qualified prescriber. This isn't a formality — it's where we confirm that ketamine is an appropriate option for you, given your health history, current medications, and any risk factors that might make this a poor fit. If it isn't a good fit, we'll say so.

Once you're cleared, your sessions are led by a certified ketamine-assisted coach, not a general wellness practitioner. The coach's role is specific: to help you prepare an intention before your session, to stay with you throughout it, and to help you make sense of what came up afterward. Vital signs are monitored before and during your session, and you are never left alone.

This is coaching, not therapy or medical treatment. It doesn't diagnose or treat a mental health condition. If you're looking for that kind of care, we'll help point you toward it.

The best way to understand whether Ketamine-Assisted Coaching fits where you are right now is to start with a conversation. You'll be able to talk through what you're experiencing, ask your questions honestly, and get a clear sense of what this process could look like for you.
